RESIDENTS
Jay Kilka
Founding partner of much loved record shop Loop Music in the Corn Exchange, Jay met the rest of the MostWanted gang whilst putting on parties at the Faversham in the summer of 2001. Well known for his wit and charm, Jay has always been a bit of a hit with the ladies. In fact, so impressed were the rest of MostWanted with Jay's pulling skills that they instantly asked him to join the gang in the vain hope that some of his sex appeal might rub off on them. That and the ten percent discount they got at Loop.
Anyhow, three years down the line Jay is part of the furniture at Technique, his sets taking in everything from the house music he grew up on to the breaks he currently loves, with a dose of Poker Flat-esque electro business thrown in for good measure. Now manning the shop counter at Tribe, Jay's keen ear is also responsible for at least half the records in the boxes of the other residents, not to mention hundreds of other satisfied customers. Quite simply the Leeds club scene wouldn't be the same without him.
